Before the new Mark campaign featuring Lucy Hale
even officially comes out (that happens on Friday), I'm here to give
you a sneak peek and behind-the-scenes details on how you can copy her
cover makeup for yourself. Because I know you're going to want to. First, a couple of fun on-set shots.
Celebrity makeup artist Fiona Stiles—who happens to always give me the BEST tips for articles—
did the makeup for the campaign, including the cover shot, where Lucy wears a slight cat-eye, rose-gold eyeshadow, and glossy berry lipstick. Here's the result:
And here are the exact Mark products Fiona used, so you can copy the
look for your upcoming parties as we head into the holiday season.
1. Fiona prepped Lucy's face with Mark Got the Goods Multi-Benefit Foundation Lotion SPF 15 and swept Light Show Illuminating Face Powder across the apples of her cheeks, blending upward.
2. Apply Mark Touch & Glow Shimmer Cream Cubes All Over Face Palette in the top left cube all over the lids, blending just above the crease. Use Mark No Place to Run Longwear Eyeliner in Jet Set along the upper lash line and pull it outward into a subtle winged cat-eye. Continue to line the lower lash line from the outer corner to the middle of the eye and finish with two coats of Mark Lash All You Want High-Volume Mascara in Black.
3. Use Mark On the Dot Color Lip Color Compact in the red shade on the lips and brush That's Brilliant Face & Eye Luminizer along the bridge of the nose.
